The Booking Pages tab has been redesigned! The old card view/list view toggle is gone, replaced by a single table that shows everything at once: status, URL, activity, and actions. If you manage more than a handful of booking pages, this one is for you.
Find any page in seconds
  • Search
by title or URL right from the toolbar.
  • Filter by status
to see only your live pages or only your offline ones.
  • Sort any column
to line pages up by name, status, or activity.
  • Customize your columns
with the Customize button. Show or hide Status, URL, Views, Bookings, and Requests so the table shows only what you care about.
  • Pagination
keeps long lists manageable, with a Rows per page control at the bottom.

See activity at a glance
Every page now shows Views, Bookings, and Requests directly in the table, so you can spot which pages are pulling their weight without opening a single one. A status dot next to each title tells you instantly whether a page is live or offline, and Signup pages show how many upcoming events they have right under the title.
Act on one page, or many
Each row has a pencil button to jump straight into editing, plus a three-dot menu with everything else you need:
  • Open Page
  • Copy URL
  • Booking Requests
  • Clone
  • Delete

Need to handle several pages at once? Check the boxes next to the rows you want. The footer shows how many you have selected and unlocks Edit, More Actions, and Delete for the whole group.

Why this matters
Managing booking pages used to mean toggling between two views and opening pages one at a time to check on them. Now it is one screen: search, sort, filter, see performance, and take action in bulk without leaving the table.
Where to find it
Log in to Apptoto and open the Booking Pages tab. No setup is required, and all your existing pages are already there.
