Create conditional booking page fields
I'd like to be able to add booking page fields that only becomes available if another field is met in a certain way, ie. if a "new client" checkbox is checked, then make visible an additional field for new clients.
Delete appointments in bulk
I'd like to be able to select multiple appointments at a time that I want to delete.
Coupons through Payments
I would like to have the ability to pass out coupons to my customers through a code or through Apptoto Campaigns. When the client signed up and booked, the coupon would automatically be applied on the charge.
Contact Matching for 3 or 4 word names
Currently Apptoto does not always accurately contact match 3 or 4 word names in the system. So if you have 2 contacts with similar 3 word names, it could match to the incorrect contact. For example, if you have 2 contacts, "John Edward Smith" and "John Edward Jones", the system could confuse the two and match to the incorrect one
Add Link back to Apptoto Event
I want a link added to the bottom of my appointments that links back to that event in Apptoto once it's been synced in. That will allow me to easily open up that one event and make changes to the messages being sent.
Book recurring appointments
I want my clients to be able to book recurring appointments through my booking page.
When one phone number confirms, the whole appointment confirms and auto-sends a follow-up text
Currently we sometimes have several numbers for one appointment, as there might be multiple tenants/people with which to schedule. Sometimes one party will hit "1," while another will hit "3." It would be helpful if the appointment all went "green" and confirmed and a follow-up text along the lines of, "Thank you for confirming this appointment" was sent to all numbers when one party confirmed. This way everyone on the thread would know that someone did indeed confirm the appointment, which could avoid mixed signals.
Accept any "positive" response as a confirmation
Right now, Apptoto only accepts "1" as a confirmation, and if you want, you can set up other "auto reply" actions for specific responses like "yes". But it would be nice if Apptoto could detect the intent of the reply and if it's a positive intent like "Yes" or "Sure, see you then" then mark the appointment as confirmed.
