Three updates just shipped, all aimed at saving you clicks and helping you get more out of Apptoto. Here's what's new.
1. QR Codes for Booking Pages
Every one of your Booking Pages now has its own unique
QR code
. YoClients scan it and land straight on the booking flow, no typing a URL required. Here's where to find it:- Select a Booking Page to edit.
- Go to the Embed tab under Settings.
- Choose the QR Code tab.
- Download your QR code to use on flyers, business cards, a front-desk sign, or anywhere your clients will see it.

You can now add your
Meta Pixel
directly to your Booking Page. Apptoto will fire a PageView event when someone opens your Booking Page and a Schedule event when they book, so you can track conversions right in Meta Events Manager and Ads Manager.Setup instructions: Meta Pixel on Booking Pages
3. Reset Participant States & Messages in Bulk
Resetting participant states (e.g., confirmed, canceled, on time, etc.) and messages used to mean updating each participant individually. Now you can do it for a whole group at once.
On the Appointments tab (Agenda View), check the boxes next to the appoitments/participants you want to reset. The
Actions
button will appear at the top. Click Actions, then under the Reset section, choose Reset State & Messages
.While you're in there, you'll also find bulk options for marking participants with different statuses and for sending message templates to everyone selected at once.
