Accept any "positive" response as a confirmation

Right now, Apptoto only accepts "1" as a confirmation, and if you want, you can set up other "auto reply" actions for specific responses like "yes". But it would be nice if Apptoto could detect the intent of the reply and if it's a positive intent like "Yes" or "Sure, see you then" then mark the appointment as confirmed.

Thanks for the feedback on this guys! We've recently rolled out the ability to accept a positive response as a confirmation. You can find out more info here:
It is currently off by default, so you'll need to enable it if you want it. Let us know if you need any assistance!

I can understand a "Yes" as a response that confirms, but having used Apptoto for many years (I believe I was an early client), the simpler it is for people the better. Too many choices may lead to confusion. My patients quickly get the hang of 1 means yes, etc.
