I might schedule somethihng with "Chase Bank" in the description and I don't want to have a bank called. If a person's name is not included, it should not consider it a callable/emailable entity.

Hi Pete, thanks for your feedback. You could set up an Auto Message rule that tells Apptoto to only send messages to appointments when "participant.name is not blank". The only issue is that Apptoto might think Chase Bank is the name since it is two words and properly cased. Another approach would be to turn off Auto Messages in Apptoto, and then remember to put #apptoto in appointments that you want Apptoto to send messages for. Neither are ideal solutions... so I'll think on this. Thanks again!
