It's now possible for an appointment to be booked onto multiple calendars at once!

To allow an appointment to be added to multiple calendars, check out our Knowledge Base article on Multiple Calendar Support (https://www.apptoto.com/apptoto-manual/article/online-booking-pages/availability-pages/multiple-calendar-support#book-multiple-calendars) or follow the steps below:

1) Navigate to the Booking Pages tab

2) Find the booking page you want to update and click the three vertical dots icon in the booking page card. NOTE: The booking page you select must have two or more calendars synced to it on the Availability tab.

3) Click "Edit."

4) Navigate to the "Your Appointment" tab

5) Under the "Additional Calendar(s) section, click the checkbox next to "Add a copy of the appointment to the following calendars."

6) The calendars synced to the booking page will appear. Select all the calendars where you want Apptoto to add a copy of the event.

7) Click "Save."

Please make this a reality. Booking pages allow for multiple calendars to be selected (which is great and very useful), so it's only logical that when participant books the event, it would be created on both calendars. The fact that it only creates 1 event allows for conflits to arise if you have multiple booking pages out for use. The solution of going into the Event and manually adding the other calendar is ripe for problems.
