Currently Apptoto does not always accurately contact match 3 or 4 word names in the system. So if you have 2 contacts with similar 3 word names, it could match to the incorrect contact. For example, if you have 2 contacts, "John Edward Smith" and "John Edward Jones", the system could confuse the two and match to the incorrect one
