Don't use an email address as a first name in reminders

When someone books through a third-party booking link that doesn't collect a first name, sometimes the {{first_name}} field gets filled with their email address. So reminders end up saying things like "Hi john.smith@gmail.com, just a reminder about your appointment..." which looks unprofessional.
I'd like Apptoto to detect when the first name field is actually an email address and just leave it blank. That way, the message would read, "Hi, just a reminder..." instead of using the email address as the name.

Sounds more professional to me also. Unless there was a way to put a first name so if the email address was for another family member than a holder, the (mother) would know for whom the session is scheduled.
