Reset Participant State in Bulk

I would like the ability to check each participant on the Appointments tab and have an option in the Actions option at the top to reset state and messages rather than having to do it individually in each participant.

Great news! We've added the ability to reset participant state and messages in bulk (rather than resetting each client/participant individually).
On the Appointments tab (Agenda View), check the boxes next to the participants you want to reset, and the "Actions" button will appear. Click Actions, then under the Reset section, choose "Reset State & Messages."
You'll also see bulk options for marking participants confirmed, not coming, arrived, no-show, and more, plus sending message templates to everyone selected at once.
