I would like to automatically journal (forward) inbound and outbound SMS messages to a designated email address for compliance and archival purposes.

This would enable organizations that use third-party archiving solutions (e.g., compliance or records retention platforms) to capture SMS communications alongside their other business communications. Ideally, this could be configured per account with one or more destination email addresses and include the full message details (date/time, sender, recipient, direction, and message content).
