Feature Requests

I would like there to be a compose button within the group on the Contacts section. This would allow me to send a message to the group without having to navigate out of Contacts, click Compose and find/select the group I want it sent to.

I would like the ability to check each participant on the Appointments tab and have an option in the Actions option at the top to reset state and messages rather than having to do it individually in each participant.

I want Apptoto to update the footer with details about the appointment without having the title blurbs enabled.

When a text message is sent but fails, send me an email.

When I sent a text from Apptoto and the text fails (ie the number is invalid), I would like to get an email so I can research why it failed. Right now, I have to go into the outbox and see the notice that the "message not delivered".

I want to set up a survey to be sent after my appointments. Mainly this would be used to ask clients how the appointment went. I would want to see a report of if clients are happy or not.

I want to be able to customize the capabilities that an additional login has within the Agent role.

Ability to push out a quick message to staff, based on a preset staff upload, and maybe location based (we have 20 offices), in case of emergency (shooter, disaster, etc)

We send reminders to specific groups commonly, like parents and such for family meeting. It would be great to have a way to place contacts into groups and be able to interact with the groups for reminders.

Need to be able to easily blacklist numbers for select numbers, such as spammers and harassing inbound texts. See example attached.
